Any ideas on this brainfart day on how I might expand the range of this song (and if you think it needs a B part or whatever) are welcome! Please tear this thing apart.

The sound design is so gooood, the crunch on top of the snare is absolutely perfect. I feel like you're good to go into any kind of B section as long as the transition is long enough, but then again I don't really know this genre. I do know that this is very good though.

Really nice work on the drums. My (grain of salt) opinion is that at 1:40 you can add another arp and/or double the melody that the lead is playing. And then spice up the break at 2:44 with another melody/harmony line (maybe even take out the bass for a beat)?

Nice work though, it is really good as is!

How'd you get that snare sound? Is it layered with a bass drum?

Wow when the drum arrives it shakes the whole place! HUGE sound!

There are worse places to go than up, especially with sounds like these.

Thank you so much! I did another edition after this with less crunchy snare and it super didn't work without it! Thank you for the kind words too! I'm glad you like it.

I agree with your ideas! I'll probably synthesize those ideas into my own brain and revisit this in a week or so with that.

Drums in general are being sent to a return track in ableton running a dialed in Grind by Audio Damage
