All Good

By Saucey-dough on April 26, 2020 11:44 pm

I had the pleasure of another “collab” this week. My boy @demonzor put out an incredible track for his WBw11 titled “All Good.” I had to get my hands on it. My god, was this track fun to make. His ridiculous guitar skills throughout these 4 minutes made it a blast to find ever changing rhythms and time changes. Thanks again @demonzor for letting me rip around the kit to this song. I have listened to this probably 200x and am still not sick of it.

WPw17: This time last year, we were in Costa Rica. This picture does not tie into this song, but rather is a reminder of the beautiful country we visited last year. It’s bittersweet looking back at these photos, and thinking about where we are now.

Side note: If anyone within the WBs community ever wants to get down on collab like this, I am always up for laying down some drums. Just hit me up!

Slapped the shit out of this song and made it your bitch! F ya Chris. We gotta do one soon.

Well done. smile Sound like it was fun.

Dude awesome idea and great execution.  You nailed the somewhat awkward timing.  That must have been difficult.  Nice work man

. Well put!  You killed it brotha.  I’ve listened to it a bunch so far and have found so many little thing you do and changes you’ve made that really step this music up.  Thanks for turning this into a beast!  It’s alllllll goooooood baby

hell yeah!! nice job broys

Hell yeah man, this must have been a bitch to learn the structure of but also fun as hell to jam to.  Its nuts how much these sound like real drums too.  Assuming thats what you're using here, those new kits you bought sound amazing.

This is so hard! Love the guitar and the drums. The melody kinda reminds me of the guitar riffs you hear in Japanese Rock songs.

Thanks fellas! We gotta get down on more tracks like this. There's a certain spark that comes from these collabs. I get a crazy level of motivation thats hard to come by on a weekly basis for these beats.

Thanks Djippy! I thought you'd appreciate the drum work on this smile

Thanks brother. I live for these types of timings haha.

Logic helped me map out the structure with use of markers etc. But yea, so much fun. I was definitely using my midi drums, but I keep learning more and more each week to make them sound real. EQ, compression, and reverb go a long way!

Thanks Danju! Lo-fi was fun, but this is what I live for haha. You'll have to give me some examples of good Japanese rock. I love venturing into new territories. I grew up on Spanish alternative.

I love photograph as well btw.  Stoked to jam out again to this after work

Peanutbutter #fluffing your 'ments

This is huuuge, I absolutely love this sound. Really well remixed, this has a great balance and energy to it.

This song's also all good.

I guess the photo could still be linked in that it was all good at the time.

HMU if you down for that collab, I'd probably tweak my generator for you, just tell me what you need.

Thanks hieme! Demonzor did most of the work weeks ago, so it really allowed me to focus on making the drums as big but balanced as possible. If I only had this much time to work on every track. Glad you enjoyed it man!

I would be interested in hearing a collaboration of your generator/beats and that acoustic drum feel. Could be really cool.

I was actually listening to a lot of ichika Nito when putting some of the chords together.  He uses a lot of weird tuning (tunes his guitar to CABBAGE, ABCDEF, just to see what he could come up with)  and crazy jazz chords, so I had to learn some.
