I originally wanted to make an ambient track but then I found this nice lead which just felt off without some kinda beat to it. Trying to take things at slower BPMs as well and see how well I can work with that

It's a very digestible track like this

lovely syncopated water droplets make me fall right into it smile

nice one.

wow, cool piece! I like the sort of collection of sounds/rhythms, has a very organic feel to it.

Thank you! I'll try my hand at an ambient track another week, but I'm glad I was able to come up with something with this...

Honestly my first foray into using "nature" sound. I keep forgetting anything and everything can be a beat. I'm glad the droplets turned out nice!

I was really trying to use all 8 channels on the M8 and I think I got to 7 out of the 8. I'm also happy I was able to combine all the sounds without sounding like a DAW dropped it's famous VST chili all over the floor and sounded like a complete mess. I really appreciate the feedback, it lets me know I'm heading in the right direction!

I wasn't expecting the drums to have the beat they did with this track. That was a really nice way to layer the rhythm of the synth with the drums. And that bass just hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was really nice.

I love that feel when you're in mid song and you're searching for a sound or sample and then it hits and you just go "Oooooooooooo...." And you get this revive of okay this track is gonna be good!
