deep in your heart of hearts you know it's make-believe

I welcome all critical feedback.

126 BPM 3/4, C-minor. Analog Rytm drums with a mix of TR-707 samples and internal sounds, a pair of Mother-32s provides the stereo bass with a hint of acid at some point, stereo Subharmonicon is the droning arp across the track, Spectravox is the robotic dolphin/voice-like sequence, Iridium provides the FM piano, and the ring mod lead in the outro.

loving the vocal sim-sounds!

Overall it's really great! Loving the melody!

I commend your restraint from putting an amen break into this, the one song it would make sense.
It's a great song, with or without it. The synths works very well, the tempo is just right, and the progression is peak.

deliciously thick and crunchy sounds

I love the sounds!! It builds so gradually I didn't realise what was happening until it switched up. It's cool how you punch notes here and there to create extra rhythm from the synths.

such a vibe, and everything in its right place. nice work!

Really liking the swell on this in the first two-thirds and then the change-up to a gradual outro. Nicely done.

That bass is stupendous and really carries the track, especially with the added acid flavour on the build, but the spectravox easily brings the character to this song - and hilariously so, but I kinda expect the spectravox to be hilarious in general (but still excellent and sonically fascinating). There's some delicious NIN Add Violence vibes and notes there just  before the mellow play-out, really delightful.

the snare sounds so good and that verb on it. to my ear it sounds quite complex, in a good way. I really like the calm breakdown at the end, it just brings everything down after quite a complex track, and sounds kinda mystical peaceful

Sound choices and mixing are amazing as always. That spectravox brought some fun weirdness into the mix that I really liked, and goes well with the little glitchy touches on the percussion. Gotta agree with neon liminal that the bass really shines, it's nice how it goes from a more understated but solid sound to full acid and back. The serene break at the end is a lovely ending to the track.

that off kilter high whistle tone is working so well. the track really got my head bobbing! great mix too, everything well spaced and super engaging. favorited!

yo! Love that bitmap storefront graphic. It really sets the stage for this song like this song came out when that complex was new in the 80's or something. Dig the rhythm change ups throughout. Lots of movement and layers going on that all work well together. Great work!!  That mother 32 *chefs kiss*

Excellent beats and love the sound of the synth bass.  80s action-team-up-kickin-ace-sorta vibes throughout.  Really cool how it builds up and then falls down in the bassline.  Fade to black with the sweet outro.

Ooh very relevant vibe, 80’s style seems to have become pop again. Whole thing is excellent if I was to criticize I’d humbly request some more dramatic crazy programmed drum fills throughout. The graphic is also great 🤣
