Yet another attempt at something chiptune-y. This time with zero samples and again fully made on the Dirtywave M8.

Nice! I like it!

That's some great sound design, really showing off what the M8 can do

[i]Nails[i/] the vibe of the 90s mod scene, but with ~500% better sound quality.

C64!! Super fun. I like the melody. Also that bass tone is great!

Man in spite of trying not to be that monocle-having asshat w/ "no samples, oh my, WONDERFUL SNARE, MAESTRO ROOTNODE" but the snare IS remarkable (so Imma have to point that out), as is the rest of the tune, dark joy vibes!

The snare and kick and many of the other instruments are all thanks to the wonderful Avrilcadabra. All credit to them for the sounds wink

killer lead sounds!!

+1 for this, great job

Not totally sure that it is that much "Chiptune-y" but very cool dystopian sci-fi vibes there. I feel I'd love to listen to that on a flying car on a dark city with crazy neons. Well played.

sid synthwave! nice!!

Ha. I wasn't even going for synthwave, but it's my favorite genre. In a way I want to break away from it to explore other stuff. But I guess that influence will stay with me. But cheers to the comment, it definitely made me smile.

Maybe a bit heavy on the bass, but it's a nice groove.
