A short track I mixed together from a jazzy jam with my friend on the keys and a triplets drumlesson recording. The contrast between highspeed drumming and chilling rhodes-chords, for my taste, came out nice here. I decided to play just one single note on the guitar, so the rest would not be disturbed too much.

Yeah the mellow music set against the busy drumming actually does work really well. It's dreamy but energetic at the same time.
I like the way the contrast of speeds finds a harmony all of its own. Really cool stuff.

Those drums are so cool. It sounds like a well executed version of the things I try to produce through midi programming. If anyone is tripping, it's not that drummer.
What a considerate guitar, though maybe it could harmonize the one note it's playing in tune with the rhodes' progression.

Incredible vibe here. That drone is the #1 piece of the puzzle here for me. I'm really impressed, would love to see this performed live by a jazz quartet, it would be so awesome

All I need is some dark lighting in a club, smoky vibes and all. The drums are awesome, the rhodes sparkles and shines and the drone just brings it altogether. Yes please!
