Lost in my own mind

I was short on time and wrote this one freestyling. Also threw together the really quick reggae beat. Got a text while I was thinking that said “need anything at the grocery store?” and so I started with “what do I need?” Which somehow devolved into “late at night”. I was testing the freestyler feature of the app I’m working on and I think one of its suggestions based on “what do I need” was “I see things in my dreams” and it came from there.
