we are nearly there...

the end of the year is nearly here...

I learned a whole lot this year...

but not nearly as much as the first time...

still I feel like I'm still sharpening my skills and testing new things...

I have become really inspired by cinematic music recently and am feeling the need to learn to play piano to strengthen my composition skills...

Cinematic music is really great, it can go beyond the usual conventions of genre and have a very different structure one would not consider usually. The chain like percussion, the huge bass pad are very nice. I like the break around 2:30, with its exotic string. The vocal samples add a very nice touch. Epic track!
