Done with Row 3 indeed - and with style! Stoked to see the return of the intro, and to hear about your breakthrough with the new rhythm. I loved the way you pulled this one off - the new drumbeat pairs really well with your style and gives it a new layer of complexity at the same time. Seriously, I'm digging this track a ton!
so exciting!!! congratulations - the drums sound A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
trumpet at the end is a gorgeous touch!
cactus club represent!
Well I commented directly in youtube. I loved the relaxed vibe of the track, with its cool beat. And the skateboard scene!
I like your excitement and joy about the big step to be able to play jazzy triplets now. and it is really a cool beat and fantastic instrumental track. very nice video too.
Smooth, relaxing and some really great guitar to go with it.

I commented on YouTube, but had to drop by here today. Slow motion ollies I could watch all day. I do like this song, got that good feel. You found the swing. So happy. Swinging is good good times, and you're nailing it. SO cool how it just kind of happened.
Wow, man! Nice drum sound. Awesome that you are achieving your musical goals. This beat is super cool, and the instrumentation on it sounds great. The little fadeout and back in was really cool. Also, I really liked the up and over shot on the flowers in the vid. Nice one!
Awesome analogy about the thought in another language, fantastic that you could learn something new and apply it to such great use. This song is amazing, certainly one of my fav tracks of yours, to my ears I could listen to this on repeat. Nailed that ollie! I starting skateboarding with my daughter last year, she was 9 I was 42, my goal was to try and learn to do an ollie (let's just say it hasn't clicked as a foreign language thought just yet).
Oh dude I can't believe I missed this one. I love portishead/trip-hop. That bit at the begining of your video about how those jazz beats are built was actually super helpful because I've tried making trip-hop a few times before but I still need to try different compositional approaches, so I'll have to think in terms of jazz beats next time. Anyways, all that shit aside, excellent track. I love that swing beat in combination with everything else. The way that guitar resolves back to the 1 on the loop is so satisfying. I love when a melody feels like it starts in the middle because it feels like you're always being pulled forward.
Drums sound tight! Esepcially enjoy the sound of the ride cymbal throughout. Def hearing the Shadow/Portishead vibes. The brass as always adds a unique character/sound to your tracks. I wish I could play drums for beats like this! Nice work!
