Digitakt & OP-1

I feel like the synth stuff maybe doesn't work?  I liked it when I did it but now I don't.  Will have to sleep on it, but going to ship it anyway!  The show was a great success!  Thanks for everyone's support.  Need to catch up on sleep and all your WB tracks!  xo // Drew

A really different flavor Orange Drink this week. Synth work sounds great. Lot of tension and a feeling of pushing forward. Like that submarine ping sound and growling bass synth that sounds like an alien craft landing. Piano arps really push it forward.

Yeah I think the synths sounded good.  And agree the arps added some great momentum.

I think the synth fits in just fine, always like that submarine ping sound

Ginger Drink?

Chili infused.

synth stuff works ... flows well!

I like that melody that comes in later. Arps nice!

Good to hear your electronic take on things again.  I've had an OP-1 away for repair for MONTHS which then got lost in transit.  Still waiting on a replacement.
My main constructive criticism would be that the backbeat is too bassy/muddy which is maybe why you didn't dig it as much?

This is so good, heavy and yet chill. Nice work.

Agreed on the technical side of the criticism, though that roughtness of the mix gives it a crude Suicide/Alan Vega flavor I really love. Maybe it could sound better, but should it be less powerful then?

Really glad you're gigging right now. I'd love to be cheering up in the crowd, though we're an ocean apart.

Hope to catch up with your late releases, man. Keep the vibe up!

i like the industrial feel it has with the pulsing synth and hats.  Excellent gritty sound!

light and dark / major and minor +++ #feels

Gritty synth goodness, I like it!
