The Hidden One

Another very busy and intense week, so Friday night I whipped up some Detroit-inspired rhythm guitar and very-reverbed slow lead lines...that turned into a kind of slow Spacemen 3 jam thing. Or maybe Stones on muscle relaxants. Drums: Ableton's 32-pad rock kit though Drum Buss, with a lot of crunch, and M4L Humanizer to loosen things up. Organ: Operator Basic Organ. Guitars: two channels of Res-O-Glas (with varying degrees of auto-filter and cabinet, as well as auto-pan for both panning and tremolo), two channels of Moderne (Ableton Overdrive and Vox wah on one, Vox wah and Reuss RF-01 for fuzz), and Epi P-J bass (EQ-8 to roll off bass, Cabinet for air).
Sends: two convolution reverbs (Harpole cistern and a large-ish tracking room), and Ableton's Echo. Everything got full-chain master. While I tracked at 80bpm, it started sounding too slow, so I turned on Complex warping for the instruments, and bumped it up to 85bpm.
Title from the meaning of the element Krypton--the hidden one.
