Town of the Craggy Rock

Weekend scheduling required a short session Friday night, with a second session (and then editing/arranging) Sunday. This one's with the $60 Univox hollowbody in Bb F Bb F Bb C tuning. Some melodies seem familiar, possibly rattling around in my head from earlier pieces, but I rolled with it. Some of this may be from reflex or tendency to want to respond a certain way to particular rhythms or harmonies. (Perhaps it's time for some kind of pattern-breaking approach.) Nothing too fancy, but given the state of the world, I'll go with the guarded hopefulness of creating music.
This continues the usual three-guitars/no-effects practice. I'm finding that little nuances of finger position pop out better without stuff in the way, though the downside is that we hear little variances in finger position or pressure.
The title comes from Ballinskelligs in Ireland, which is on R566. It was also one end of an early transatlantic cable, which is kind of cool to know.
