Another complex week (lots of calls and meetings), so here's something built up out of snippets I'd written during the week. I started with the ambient pad in Wavetable, and then (thinking of The Orb) put a beat under it, with a Drum Rack of Blofeld samples. Next came convolution reverb and Echo (the Dub Syndicate preset), some vibes, Buzzheng string samples, and a couple Rhodes parts (chords, bass). Getting it all to work together...was a bit challenging, but here we are. I put auto-filter in front of the reverb (to filter out bass) and echo (LFO bandpass to make it more dubby) and put full-chain master on everything.
