Inch

With a surprisingly high number of shows this week (Experimental Guitar Night #50 and PRF Campout), I somehow still managed to find some time and space for a piece on hollowbody Univox in Bb F Bb F Bb C tuning. A slow tempo, kind of sparse, but there's a vibe to it.

The usual signal chain: Univox, UA Volt 1, Ableton, some convolution reverb, and the usual multiband compression/eq on the stereo mix.

The title comes from Inch in Ireland, which is along the 561. (I've never been there, but I'm sure it'd be wonderful to visit.)

Well mixed, with the guitars being pretty loud and yet not overly compressed. Everything's clear and dynamic.

love the open feel and pace of this one. A nice stripped back and chill vibe.

quite the productive week! loved seeing the pics and video footage from Campout.

i can imagine this track ringing out over Pretty Lake, so calming and centered

Sounds great, very calming, love that guitar sound.

lovely!

I'm willing to say slow tempo and kinda sparse is a vibe all its own. A very relaxing one.
