I had way too much fun with the modular this week, started with the modular patch and some keys, layered in guitar and some TR1000 programming and had myself a little jam. Instruo Saich and I-o47 filter on patch duties (it was a pain to keep in tune but a blast to turn knobs as the track developed ). Not much on the mix, everything just recorded into either the Digitakt or the Octatrack. I am using amp-sims for the guitar tones routed through Eventides H-90 pedal. The Access Virus as a single patch for some sprinkles. All 4 stereo tracks are recorded live into Ableton then just a very basic "mastering".

Cosmic Cairns

This takes us on a real journey.  I especially like the bass sound in here.  It develops a great groove, but the guitars are doing some cool stuff and I like how they kind of take over at the end.  Nice one.

hell yais lovin the clave feels throughout with the drums.  The mono lead synth sounds so good especially when it gets all bendy.  The dreamy guitar really takes this to another level too. Excellent work!
