REVOLVE

By mzunguko on June 23, 2024 10:12 pm

Had some more fun playing around with the Digitakt (original), Perkons (a bit from Chase Mood Pedal), and the PEAK. All 14 tracks were sequenced from the Digitakt tracked into Ableton, arranged and mixed with the addition of some vocal samples and a background pad from Omnisphere.

Things have been busy around here the last few weeks. I have struggled finding time to put towards music, consequently I am behind in listening to more tracks, but am looking forward to catching up.

Thanks again for stopping by.

love the spaciness that bubbles up around :40 and just expands from there!
take care, and hopefully we will both get some good down time soon  heart

This has a nice build to it.  The wordless vocals add a nice sense of ambience and then when the main vocal kicks in it feels cathartic.

Ooooh I love when the pads kick in after the intro with that bass.  Slick vibes like I'm driving on rain soaked streets at night. Well done!

Thank you, down time seems rather elusive. These last few weeks have been jam packed with everything except music.

I always feel like there is something missing in the mids when I don't have some kinda of vocal.

The PEAK makes great pads. I have one patch I made a few years ago and keep going back to it.
