EDIT - After uploading I realized that I recorded the intro in mono instead of stereo. Ha. Oh well. You can hear the spacing really kick in around the 45 second mark when I switched over to stereo.

OK. I thought I was done with this collection of tracks but another one came together this week. I've been jamming on the KO II and have found some magical sounds by cranking the reverb FX all the way up. I started by running a few sounds from the KO II through the pedal chain (Mood, Microcosm, Specular Tempus) and then added in some drums, fills, and vocals to match. Really digging the Sample Rate Reduction effect on the Digitakt. Adding that to the drums adds some nice character.

Hope you like it! But if not, thats cool too.

Thanks George!

Tasty.

Really like the smooth beat, and I do agree that those patches sounds really wide and airy.

Well played!

Cool like the other side of the pillow. Really like that sample rate effect as well and the spacious production if it all. Very vibey

verb' it out!!! Great sounding drums. Love the layers that come in around 45, I think the mono mixup made that transition more powerful. The heavy bass with vocals in the middle letting it breathe without the drums, wow, so good. This is a 💯 certified banger. Adding as a favorite!

Is there such a thing as too much reverb? If there is, I haven't found it yet. Ha. Happy to hear you liked the first mix and agree that when it switches to stereo at 45 it really opens up. Happy accident I guess? Ha.

Love the growly bass, favorited

That's the Minifreak! Although I can't remember which patch. Ha.

Dig it. Got that good head nodding beat, some good chords and some real tasty stuff going on. Vocal sample is nice. Looks like you're working with some good gear, the pedal chain sounds great. You enjoying the K0II compared to other samplers? FX look fun on that.

KOII is OK. I'm not sure I've spent enough time on it yet to realize its full potential. My sampler of choice has been (and will probably always be) the Digitakt. Its the hub of everything I do and is amazing for the unassuming black box that it is.

killer track. had me from the chord stabs up top. drums sound amazing.

Chill beat, good vocals, the mono intro makes the stereo that much more impactful
