if you choose to listen, please listen using this link instead where some levels are a bit more controlled (snare etc).

Soundcloud

apologies - this came in very hot so no time to mix. I hear the levels are off on export but what can you do! 0 minutes left.

thanks to janky jams for being a sport and helping with naming!

This is so pretty! I particularly like the snares and the sparse vocals. Those plucky synths are also quite nice!

The piano sounds great in all that wonderful reverb.  Such a peaceful chord progression, love it smile

really nice airy feeling. i like how you mixed those vocal sounds in towards the end heart

Really lovely track. The reverb on the piano is super nice. It feels like I'm staring off into the sunset heart

Listening to the SC version. It's nice, though I think it could use a little bit more spice. And I realize you ran out of time, but it definitely could you use some more length. But to get back to the spice. If you layered in a melody with a few well chosen dissonances this could be a very hard hitting piece. It really has a strong foundation for that. That's not to imply that there is anything wrong with it as it is. Anyway, nicely done!

Big and airy. Really digging the layering. Great stuff.

Doubly thanks for listening to that one - means a lot that you go through the inconvenience and come back to comment. I think your advice is bang on the money, but no going back now!
