Is that a track inspired by Los Angeles? Nice gif! It looks like it could be from a later generation Sierra game. I like the beat and the strange breathing like sounds that come with it, against the synthwave like arp.
The drum mix is quite nice, it changes position in my headphones in a pleasing way. The watery synth pad is nice as well, and the primary melody lays a good foundation to build off of.
