as we go

As we go, we go. To places we need to be.

An edit of a session from last weekend with collaborator monstrosus who played little casio keyboard through a bass pod effects unit. Turned his parts into few tracks here, good stuff as always. We did a good hour or so. This was the most uptempo section. I started it with the tongue drum and percussion loop.

Lots of cool textures and I like the warbling effect at the beginning where the volume kind of goes up and down.  Good energy also. It's cool to find the primo moments from jams.

Excellent groove with the percussion and love that slick bassline as it glides thru the track.

This has a good danceable groove. I can imagine how a crowd freaks out with this in a club or at a partylocation. Superfood.

when the beat comes back in @ 2:45.... i wanna live in that moment
wow, this is such a wonderful groove. going back in for my 4th listen

This one came on driving to work, such a nice vibe to this, especially when that bass drops in at 1:04, got me ready for the day, sad news with the loss of Jasper from wildfires, one of my families favourite places to visit, but this raised my spirits, thank you.

This track feels like a journey to a desert landscape, somehow. A bit mysterious and adventurous. Cool!

Love finding the primo moments from the jams, feels like reliving the fun again. Glad the energy came to you from this! Thanks for listening!

I love that it gave this feeling. Mysterious and adventurous are feeling I want to create. I actually had deserts on my mind when I edited this. Not just some of the dry landscape around me, but I was reminded of some DJ/producers I've heard do similar sounds and they are active at Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert. Thanks for listening!
