Exploring granular possibilities of bitwig's sampler.
Mixing is a mess, would love to hear any advice/opinion on how to approach mixing such music.

ohhhhh no yeah this is lovely
I mean if you want it more ambient add more reverb but the great thing about this kind of music is there's no mixing expectations, bring out the parts you like
You might try something where the emphasis shifts over time, bringing out different parts of the mix as the tune progresses, even in somewhat extreme ways

Thank you!! Really helpful comment, great point about mixing expectations, I haven't thought about it in that way. But for an inexperienced musicmaker like myself such freedom can be overwhelming, so I think next time I'm making this kind of music, I'll use reference tracks. For this one I didn't use any, and I'm glad you liked it!
