Something To Worry About

By Martiln on June 2, 2024 8:53 pm

Man I wish I had more time to spend on this one. It only really started coming together a few hours before the deadline but I'm pretty happy with where I got to! I'd definitely like to expand on the arrangement and finesse this one in the future.

Enjoy this rocky, poppy, heavy DnB number!

Lyrics:

I can see the light
But there’s no way out
Trapped inside my mind
Somewhere I won’t be found

Even if I’m not gonna make it
I’d rather be remembered for the sake of it
I guess I should be proud that I gave them
Something to worry about

Even if the odds are all against me
You’ll know I’ll give it everything and never leave
I’ll stand proud cause I gave them
Something to worry about

THIS IS SO AMAZING!
your vocals are perfect!

this is the perfect metal/rock/pop/dnb blend!  holy crap

the mix/master is impeccable

A+++ downloading/favoriting

I second that, this is exceptional, so amazingly produced and composed
Whatever you had in mind, I can barely imagine how it could get better
- Ebrit

Solid.

Like the breaks, those pumping drums-bass-synths are wild. Cool filter sweeps. So much to listen to. Agreed that vocal production is awesome.

Well done!

Wow this is wild!!! Incredibly well produced, great work big_smile

Yeah! pretty amazing what you can do with only a laptop nowadays!!! I did use the internal mics sometimes too and it works pretty good indeed, but have an audio interface with mic hooked up on my main working area so...

I'd love to have a mic set up! Unfortunately I'm travelling all this year so the laptop mic will have to do though. 😅
