i don't remember those flowers being there

My goal: 90 second noodle in 90 minutes. Restricting myself to one instrument. Trying to do something more minimalist.

Outcome: 120 seconds in 120 minutes

The inspiration/scene: I was driving down a road I drive everyday but noticed some red flowers I had never seen before. This track is a grey November day with some swirling leaves punctuated with an unexpected burst of red roadside flowers. Yesterday, I saw some hot air balloons so I of course wanted to float up and down with my track.

The sounds: Synth - kat.sep2 HuskyBell patch with FX: RC-20 (slight warble and vinyl noise), Valhalla Shimmer (reverb), soothe2 (squash harsh freqs) + audio track birdsong and rustling ambience layer

Thanks for listening! Would love to hear what you think.

delightful

this is gorgeous, Adam. thank you

Beautiful track, like the restrictions you placed to let the one instrument shine.

A lovely 120 seconds. It's hard to fit a journey in such a small space, this was really lovely.

That really was a lovely track, I enjoyed the rhythm of it - a great track to finish my day on.  Did you have the tape warble after the reverb?  I found it hard to pick where in the line it went; either way sounded very cool.

Lovely tones. I enjoy your music very much.
