Speak To Me

Produced using a Dirtywave M8. Some drums are sampled and the rest of instruments & fx are M8 internal synth engines.
Added a touch of saturation, eq and limiter in Reaper to the stereo render.

Shoutout to Mikey303 for his awesome M8 instruments

Good flow, I like the variation and details throughout, and especially the part starting midway through. Some classic tracker music touches here!

Beautiful!! Cute spacey dolphin sounds!

Amazing as always, high energy and definite tracker vibes big_smile

I'd love to listen to it with the video of the demoscene!

a lot of expression in the atmosphere - lovely

I'm bobbing my head. Cool changes for those ambient sections. Believe it or not I'm getting a mixture of Masashi Hamauzu (ffxiii) and Lena Raine (Celeste) vibes. Then of course demoscene/tracker touches as others have said.

I think the FX sounds (those risers!) are quite remarkable on this. Sounds like blue sky / fresh air. Very partial to little tom-stutters at the conclusion of the drum section.

I figured it out.  You are a super famous/successful musician and you're doing WeeklyBeats for fun with the M8 under an alias.

This is the only possible explanation for the quality of these tracks!

this is awesome, so dynamic, expressive and energetic!

Thanks everyone!! I really appreciate smile

Great track! excellent M8-ing. Those space-zap risers are killer!

Really dig the contrast between the energetic beat driven sections and the more spacey ambient sections.

Beautiful. Giving me Phantasy Star Online vibes over here.

This could use some ocean sounds, that'd go so well in the swelling parts. They're already there kinda, but it could use more of them.

Man I really love all the different stuff you're able to create on the M8 tracker. How long do these tracks take to make, usually?

Thanks! Hard to say since I work on them in short slots whenever I can, the total time is probably something between 4-8 hours smile
