Weekly Beat 10 - Atmosphere

A more chilled out track using Nanostudio on iOS. Definitely up for critique of the mixing on this, as I finally got the hang of the mixer/EQ in Nanostudio and I think this one actually sounds ok.

Are you using iPad or iPhone for Nanostudio? I always felt cramped working in nanostudio on my phone, but this isn't the first good song I've heard come out of it, so there must be something I'm just missing.

I've been using the phone (I write a lot on the subway)but I do prefer the ui from the ipad version a lot more.  Especially for editing Eden patches.

Sounds very lush and warm, I like the mix.

Mix sounds perfect to me. Great piece.

The atmosphere and overall mood of this piece is just excellent. Really nice work.

instruments sound great and big stereo spectrum, kick and snare could a use bit more oomph and punch to taste IMO! snare could also use a little more bottom so it's less of a click, i generally reserve around 200hz just for the snare (and the snare only, lol). chord progression and lead melody are soaring and the arrangement is fluid - super impressed that this was a mobile track - soon we won't be able to tell the difference at all

Sounds really great. Do like Nanostudio alot too actually, some great synths in there.

Lovely slight detune mod on that lead.  Sounds like there's a bit of power in dat software.

i like the chord progression throughout especially towards the end as the lead synth takes over.  well done!
