didn't have cash for chocolate

By krasher on February 8, 2026 2:00 pm

i'm in Riga this week, and heard the sweetest voice in a chocolate shop. I recorded a bit, but most my recording was ruined by my jacket hitting my phone mic. this 3 second clip was all I got. we waited patiently for our turn to buy chocolate after the old lady, but when we finally got to choose our chocolates and it was time to pay, the shop didn't accept cards. we didn't have cash for chocolate, but we weren't bothered at all leaving the shop without the goods.

grabbed some thick crust pizza afterwards and found perfect boots for 5€ in a second hand shop.

then we went to an art studio opening and I played ambient i had never heard before.

this track is how this weekend felt like!

Love the story. Track sounds light and fun as well.

And now I'd love pizzas and chocolates...

Happy melody droplets. Very uplifting attitude in this one. Vivid composition all the way. Peace!
