When one is not inspired, it's sometimes appropriate to go back to the good old soup on an old pot - some drums samples and lots of arps. It's like a cheeseburger - it will not revolutionize anything but can feel good in the right circumstances.

I like the fuzzy/staticky texture on the opening synths.  The arps do sound good.  The whole thing has a nice insistent energy.

i argue a good cheeseburger can revolutionize

the thing that was awesome about this was that i heard the initial synth riff with a different 1, so when the drums came in i got

wait for it...

Yes!

arps n cheeseburgers unite! heart \m/ Ooof love when the main synth melody kicks in with the beat.  I love how you use other arp liines to build the tension in the melody.  The drums are so powerful, my head can't help but nod along for the ride.

not sure why I hit submit comment so soon. it looked like a big enter bar mayhaps!? but i also wanted to say i love how you used the boom fx.  I could listen a whole suite based on this comfort food.  Inspiring track!

Je suis fan d'un gros cheeseburger juteux!

now i want a cheeseburger
this is a great groove!

GROOVEBURGER

*sorry, it is lunchtime

The bass is moody!

It's like some kind of 80's futuristic cop show goodness.

Sinking my teeth in to this tasty burger. I hear you on that analogy. I go back to my cheeseburger often. Learning to accept the cheeseburger.
Man, tasty arps, the bass, this satisfies!

cool production and some awesome sound design on the synths. 2:40ish that bass warbly voice so cool.

That surge of momentum: so bold and beautiful!

Thank you for the listen and the kind comment!

Oh the confusion of the 1 was not intentional but I am glad this occurred as it makes it more interesting. Thank you for the comment!

Thank you very much! I did not expect much of this track. Re-listening it with a fresh ear after one week, it does not sound as bad as I remembered it.

Haha i'll take that - 80s futuristic cop show is something we did not get but some parallel universe got, and we are diminished by this loss!

Yes, though I suspect too many arps are not super good with cholesterol. Thank you!

Thank you very much my friend!

This was a classic kedbreakburger. Well done.

I think I've resorted to my comfort beats every second week so far, nothing wrong with it, this is like your specialty.  Great drums, high energy, some twists and turns, this is a solid track.

Oof, those crispy authentic-sounding drums are so unexpected against that gritty synth arp intro that comes before, but it's a perfect pairing. Love how dynamic it is and the breakdown in the middle is very tasteful!
