KaZu - Searching for My Sound

By KaZu on January 11, 2026 7:22 pm

Good evening everyone,

I actually wanted to get a bit more drive going this week as well, but this time somehow my search for my sound took me somewhere completely different *facepalm*

I still hope you enjoy the track, though!🙂

Cheers KaZu

P.S.: I’m always very grateful for constructive feedback.

The production quality here is crazy high, such a nice arrangement with really clean transitions.

Sounds great! Very clean, good job

Really dug that thin percussion sound in the beginning and how it transitioned into the full sound. Nice breaks between sections, and the rhythmic interplay between the lines is choice. Heads were bobbing!

Great track!

good mix with a driving bassline melody. really liked the pitch down transition around 1:40. it was unexpected but somehow still worked well into the next section smile great job and a good framework to keep building on to flesh out your 'sound' in the future. outro is smooth btw.

I think that’s the first time anyone’s ever told me that, I’m really happy! Thank you so much! smile)

Thank you very much! smile Honestly, I was surprised it worked too, especially since the pitch shift idea only came in at the very last minute of creating the break, gotta love those happy little accidents ^_^
Yes, I’m doing my best to dig out my sound, but right now it feels like I’m just tiptoeing on eggs, stumbling from one sound to the next and seeing where it takes me. smile

Banger.
