Hail yais we deed it!

Just listened to it on Tone Matrix's page and am now having my second listen over here.  Hooray for collaborations!  I'll echo what I said over here.  Sounds great and makes for a really nice meshing of your styles.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Instant favorite... really great song!  On like every level.  I even love the origin story.

Tone Matrix & jwh Double NOODLE!!!

Fantastic I can witness the collab of two super talented weeklybeat heroes live and in color. As you already recognized, my English is not that good, so I had difficulties to understand the lyrics. Did someone had a heart attack? What kind of wires? Oh my god! Hope everything turns out in a positive way. The music is absolute my kind of favorite genre. Love you two.

This is so wonderful, such an awesome collab so well done.

This is a gorgeous song. Well done, both of you!

Wow, those vocals harmonies are great.

Beautiful song. I love both of your work, it is great to hear Tone Matrix in a more "pop" context.

Thanks for this.

oh well you have made my day, Q-Rosh. thank you.
my lyrics aren't usually telling a linear story (except for my 'bowlful of food' song of course smile ), but i do often grab images or phrases from things i've experienced or observed in an attempt to convey a feeling.
rest assured, the heart attack mentioned was not literal (although i will admit singing it made me think again of Steve Albini).
thank you for checking on us.  heart

thank you, djippy! the harmonies from my friend Doty were a pretty late addition. i was so excited to send the updated mix over to Tone Matrix once the harmonies were added in.  big_smile
and haha, i was just picturing an album cover for:
Tone Matrix | Now That's What I Call Piano Pop!

Great collaboration! I really love the chord progression in this song.

Just listened on Tone Mattix’s page, now listening again on your page, most important this is just a wonderful song with your vocals sitting just right with everything in the mix.  Very cool how it all came together, hopefully can hear more from the two of you.

eternally envious of your lyrics. (again, noting before I forget, intense flashbacks in the vocals to Funeral, which for me is just lovely, I actually like your voice better though *ducks incoming thrown projectiles*). The harmonies are beautiful!

And the instrumentation is just lovely. Everything carves out its own space under the vocals. Beautiful. Kinda lost for words. Gonna pop over to Tone Matrix now heart

Wow this is great! I could listen to it all day smile

oh wow this is amazing, very very well done, bravo!

Beautiful. Had me from the start. It all worked very well for me. Thanks for posting!

I have been hoping for the jwh Tone Matrix collab. And of course its just lovely. Captivated me, wrapping up in the warmth. Sounds so good. Great lyrics, the piano just taking us up up and away to float. Great job to you both! Now I'll comment again on TB page! Do an album smile

God I love the vibe of this. Great harmonies, beautiful feel.

I know I just texted the same thing to MrdrCat and emily, but this legit happened to all three of you: I left my cellphone playing some random WB tunes as I was working in the kitchen. This song came up and I was like "I CAN SENSE WHO THIS IS! It's jwh!" So cool I'm getting familiar with everyone's style.
Amazing work, this is beautiful. Very nicely done.

This is just lovely, beautiful on so many levels! Well done both of you, awesome work!

Another rad collab. Layered backing vocals sounds good. Emphasizes the key lyrics well.
