Past their prime, yet still conjuring a certain ardor - the Hellfury Has-been has been to hell and back. This erstwhile residency gives them a unique perspective, as they see others follow a similar path. The Has-been knows one can only be once, wherever that being may take you.

The tension rises all the way through. That synth coda is quite menacing. Oof! I like the juxtaposition of the rock drums with the distorted guitar against the piano and symphonic elements. Maybe it's the season's aura but I feel like there's a bit of a "Carol of the Bells" feel in this, too.
