Had to keep coming back to this one all week, never felt quite right, but in the end happy I stuck with it, I like how it turned out.  Started with using the pocket scion hooked up to a houseplant to sequence some patches in VCV rack, the notes have a strange feel to them, but not something I would have came up with on my own and a fun way to sequence some notes.  I certainly want to experiment some more with the pocket scion in coming weeks.  Have a great week!

It starts so airy and bubbly and gets painted in such a sinister way. This is so cool. Feels at home in Silent Hill.
This is really good.

This is a dope track.  For some reason gives me Recoil vibes.

Wow, this is a really cool space with some lovely bubbly sounds floating around. The Pocket Scion sounds like an interesting device. You have some musical houseplants for sure wink

Lots of textures, like a finely woven persian carpet of sound. Tickling my brain in a nice way.

Wonderful atmosphere! More plant melodies next week please smile

Oooh some nice dark industrial vibes percolating about.  Love how the drums sound with the added percussive elements.  The pads in the background so good.  Go houseplant go!

great atmosphere and mix. i'm right there

Mysterious vibes, love the vocal sample. And hell yes to plants!

Glad you stuck with it. This track needed to come to life. The ambience of this song is so good!

Very dreamy and ever sk slightly unsettling.
Did VCV sequence the vocals/words? There was a cyclic lyrical quality there I really liked and the voice dit really well with the other sound choices (also so cool to include the house plants lol)

Thanks, the vocal is from a vcv module, I had a random lfo modulating the vocal so that it plays different words every time.  I did render the track a few times until the set of words produced sounded good.

love the distortion plus soft vocal. cool contrast.
