good morning

One of my favourite albums is Akufen's "My Way", lost the CD many years ago but thankfully for a very reasonable price found a used copy on Amazon.  The premise of the album is recording random sounds off the radio and then sculpting them into microsamples to use.  I started the week with this idea in mind and using random samples of sound from youtube.  This proved to be much more time consuming then I initially anticipated, in the end went to traditional software drum sounds and synths to finish things up for the week.  Maybe will try another time, I'm sure with practice the process will become quicker.

I like the concept. This feels like it could become a distillation of the social media sounds, against a chill background music. That smooth synth line is hypnotic.

Def can understand the scope of chopping up all the random sounds.  I would prob get extra sidetracked with all the side-bar algorithms and recommends smile  Excellent groove and love those airy floating pads supporting the track.  A good way to start off the morning floating out of bed!

ah what a nice groove! love the sample chopping.
every time i heard "good morning," i was imagining Kim Deal responding  big_smile

GOOD MORNING

Great sounds, Love the bounce of this. Cool idea to to use the random youtube samples someday, love that, I could see it would be hard. You always use great samples!
