the whole song sounds like pizza what the heck! this is coooool

Thanks bro, my kids want pizza now haha.

yummy

I love this new pizza anthem!!! Nice work dude big_smile

I love everything about this. Did you use a certain vocaloid for this?

I kinda want za now, it sounds hot.

Amazingly catchy!

What a delicious tune. big_smile
Please tell me where to find Pizza Town on a map. I want to move there.

What a feel good/relatable song.  Good to hear your tunes again dude!

Inexplicably, I find myself wanting that za.

Surely I'm not going to listen to this for 5 minutes. Oh, I guess I am. Yes, I want a pizza too.

This is the WB anthem for 2022, I'm calling it now. Anytime someone posts a pizza emoji or says they want pizza we're all going to be like "We want that za za za"

Uniquely creative as always. Can't wait to hear what you got this year heart

need's more 'za

Oh yeaaaah now i need a pizza. good work. look what you've done.

this is smooth as heck!

Great sound design. Great use of Hatsune Miku or similar tech

weeklybeats 2022 is over

there is so much hype going on in this track!  the "za variations" in the last third really keep the track MUCH LIKE A GOOD PIZZA, fresh.

the "wavering and shimmering" chord effect is great LIKE THE HEAT RISING OFF A PIZZA

that descending melody of "give us that za za za" is so freakin' artful!

the file size in contrast to the depth of the sound is downright hilarious

Perfect Ipaghost WB01 tune, so fun and bubbly! Also I totes had some 'za for dinner before WB was due. [%>

What a start to the year. Love those vocals and the tune absolutely bops!

No Noids here! I used 15.ai, an AI text to speech project train on mostly MLP and other cartoons. I then chopped it up and tuned it using Flstudio's Newtone. Link is now in the description. Give it a try!

@“Thanks! I posted the link to the text to speech in the description, and the process up in the comments!” Oh yeah, I see the link now. Poked a little bit around, and it looks very intriguing. Large range of options with all the characters and emotional contextualizers. If I find the time, I'll try to make it sing too with auto-tune or vocoding.

There are a bunch of other text to speech options out there as well. I have used Google's tts in the past. Have fun experimenting! I think using a pitch tool like Newtone or Celemony Melodyne will work better than vocoding. Still with this technique you need to embrace the artificialness! Also try adding vibrato to long notes for extra flavor!
The vocoder might obliterate any of the voice's character, and lose all of the natural pitch variation found in speech. This might be very useful for a chorus though! If I was using vocoder, I would just record the vocals and save myself a bunch of tedious steps.

Thanks for the tips. I've tried chipspeech from Plogue art. Great emulation of vintage tts. I used this this weeks song.

You're right for most use-cases, but I think the ttp/vocoder combo can be useful for making robot choir parts (out of synth chords) without making many separate voices.

Then there's Piapro with Hatsune Mike et.al., but I found that pretty challenging to program

Flstudio also has a really vintage sounding tts called Speech Synthesizer, you can drop the generated text file into most of fl's samplers without the wav file except Newtone for some dumb reason. You can use pitch offsets in the text to get notes, and on the playlist timeline, you can automatically slice each word, but it's a pain unless you already know what the melody will be. Still, it's free and it doesn't add to the file size of the project.
The robot choir is what I meant by chorus! It's perfect for that! And robots!

I used to use the old Vocaloids back in the day, they require a lot of carful tweaking to make sound natural that comes free when using this tts technique! It might be a cleaner sound, but too robotic without a lot of work. Plus I feel like I've heard them too much, I like having a different sound.
I've tried using Chipspeech, but have always had a hard time making it sound intelligible. But for a robotic voice instrument, it's fun!

Agreed.

Yeah, another + is that it is super easy to use.
