Reflection Chamber (Part 2)

By increment on January 28, 2026 11:04 am

As a continuation from last week, Reflection Chamber is now complete with it's second more upbeat movement. It heavily features a Lead that I have processed and recut a number of times to create the effect. In this one, I've used two new Beat Collective samples, helpfully donated by Gairaigo https://soundcloud.com/gairaigo.

I'm a sucker for the glides here and it's a really cool piece overall!

I love the driving industrial sound in all these melodies with a specific gritty texture moving with a specific momentum as the perfect setup for that breakbeaty middle part, it has a perfect bell-curve like structure to it that is so satisfying heart

So part 1 could almost be considered an intro to this track. Here the energetic solo-driven krautrock truly takes off. Fantastic result, it's a trip!

So many cool things in here, it's like a science museum.

I love how the high lead does its own thing and slowly ushers in the percussion and other elements. Great energy here - solid groove and amazing sounds, and you keep things moving with plenty of different instruments, variations, and flourishes popping in and out of the mix. Toward the end it feels like a jam
