Sold your Intention

Been dealing with unfun real-estate times with the apartment owner wanting to sell the place and hold viewings for potential buyers. It's been causing me lots of stress and have been having trouble sleeping. After messing us around for a few weeks they just informed us their "intention to sell is on hold" whatever that means.
Almost all Analog Rytm mk1, playing the pads live for the lead "guitar" sound, all recorded live into M8, then added some extra hypersynth chords on the M8 afterwards to pad it out.
