Apples 'n' Cheese

By Huabun on February 22, 2026 6:55 pm

A chill house track this week.
Made a small 8-bar loop early on this week and quickly finished something on Sunday, but I'm happy with how it turned out smile

Also had no idea what to name this so I went with the snack I had while making this lol

Lovely tune! Mix is really delicious, the contrast between the crunchy bass and saturated arp against the smooth lead is sweet. Great work!

Chill track! And nice progression in the composition, I like how it feels like it keeps moving forward the whole time!

Slow house 2026! I am dancing at my desk glad to be enjoying this tonight. Lovely progression on the melodies here. The programming on the lead is magical.

Very cool ambiance.

Sounds pretty. Synth Lead lines are super fun.

Great sounds and really satisfying arrangement, things build nicely. Love that bass and the squonky arp!

Love this tune, it's so cool
not so sure about the flavor combo

Awesome. Chill with a sense of urgency. Love that bending lead…great track!

Also, apples and cheese is a classic. Now I want some apple pie with a slice of cheddar on top.

Apples 'n' Cheese? More like... Arples 'n' Cheese... I'll see myself out...

But seriously, that arp is so noisy and awesome, I love it, and that low key drop is really sick. That lead is excellent, too! Nice job

Love that lead melody and its instrument.  I'll call it "Apple".  It pairs really well with the bass, which I'll call "Cheese."

In this essay, I will
