This feels like the good end of a mystery visual novel, where the main characters can finally relax and immediately start talking about nothing and goofing off. 
Yep, definitely getting Ace Attorney post-game vibes from this in the best way. (And Wave Race 64 vibes too, funnily enough. The announcer voice is bringing back some serious "Warmup time, follow that dolphin!" memories.)
