Tired, Deaf, and Strung Out to Dry

By frogcity on March 10, 2024 12:38 am

A little burned out, a little not feeling well, and listening to music doesn't sound enjoyable, so I made this without listening to it, except for one listen when finished upon which I tweaked a couple of things (fixed a few jarring notes, some still in there, tweaked some of the instruments, fixed the relative volumes, then bounced.)

I was planning on just recording an acoustic song as a break, but it turned out that Saturday weekend nap time was the only time I ended up making for music this week so it had to be quiet.

Yeah, baby! This rocks. Sorry you're not feeling well. Congrats on 10 weeks in.

I feel ya. It all ebbs and flows, hope you feel better next week. That said, THIS IS KILLER. Could totally be the OST for a boomer-shooter type of game. Loving your metal explorations like the one last week.

Agreed this rocks. Struggling to offer cc

The choir at the end was a little quiet and hard to follow but an awesome vibe.

Would love to see what this style sounds like when you’re at your best 😍

Sorry to hear about your bad mood, but I gotta say it's quite the flex to say "I made this without even listening to it" and then it's a sequence that many goth metal bands would just directly put on a record.

this is tough.
