Hi, wow it's been a while since I've been on here to request a link... Hopefully there are still people who can help? My upload timed out on the deadline. Would really appreciate a link, thank you!

WiFi went down sad my village should  be upgrading to fibre soon hopefully!! Missed the deadline for week 21. Could I please have an upload link? Thank you so much!

Hi, I'm really annoyed with myself - I got distracted writing the description and forgot to click submit until after the deadline sad Could I please get an upload link? I've been on such a good streak! Thanks so much in advance smile

same here...?

Tell us what your verdict on the sub is when you get it! Sounds like its gonna be a solid setup smile

Hi... I'm back home for Christmas so my wifi is back to 0.01mb/s yay hmm it took too long to upload. could I have a link? Sorry!

Hi... my week 47 got cut short hmm could I have a reupload? thanks smile

Active monitors are usually more reliable. It sucks that there aren't many budget options for subs, I don't have one I just check on my headphones.

Advising on monitors that I haven't tried would be risky, so here's my setup:
For about 4 years (up until a few months ago) I had KRK Rokit 6s, which were great. Punchy and exaggerated the bass a bit but I loved them. They're a great budget option, and very popular.
Now I have ADAM A7X (another home studio cliche) and they are incredible, more expensive but worth it, much more clarity. You get what you pay for with low-mid price range monitors.
I also recently drained the bank with some Avantone Mixcubes which are designed to reference your mix on mid-heavy speakers (if they sound good on those then they should sound good on everything). Obviously I have listed a rather expensive setup, and it's taken me years to get here.
My general advice would be to buy the most popular/renowned speakers you can afford, use them until you have a bigger budget, and then re-sell them (monitors maintain their value very well) and use that to fund the next step up. I found that it helped my ears to develop too - buying a grand worth of monitors doesn't make your music automatically sound good, so the most important thing is taking your time to learn the monitors you do choose smile

Hi, was just getting into the mix ready for export and realised it was :59... bounced too late, sorry! Could I have an upload link for week 40 pls thanks smile

Can I please have a link for week 34? Upload speed is 0.01 tonight sad I'm really sorry once again for the inconvenience

Well, it's that time again. And you guessed it, my wifi is still terrible! I have been trying for a few hours, keeps failing. Upload speed is 0.07 atm. At least making music doesn't require wifi! Anyway, I'm sorry to once again ask for an upload link. Hopefully it'll work tomorrow...

Links usually expire after 48 hours.
Im doing this from my phone, maybe something went wrong.

That worked. Thanks so much! big_smile

Hi, this link isn't working for me... hmm

Hi again, same problem. Even tried submitting a couple hours early but the WiFi is just that bad. Could I have an upload link for this week pls, thanks so much

Hi there again... Same problem, my wifi upload speeds are in the 0.01s atm sad please can I have an upload link? Thanks in advance!

I'm becoming a bit of a regular here, which I can only apologise for. My upload speed is currently 0.04 mbps (doesn't usually get much better either) and I've been trying to upload for hours. It keeps failing before it can transfer fully, so I'm asking in advance for an upload link for week 18 so I can keep trying. Sorry guys.
