Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Yeah. I dug up another motherboard out of a box and reinstalled Debian etc. The mobo is an ATX and my old case only fits a microATX board, so the server is currently housed inside of a broken dresser drawer under my bed lol. I'll take a pic soon.
Raymon said he's going to give me another old tower he has, so we'll see what happens then

W97M/Panther.a: glitchy Game Boy dubstep EP. Features a remix by fellow Weekly Beater Dj Sonik.

I also have been doing a brutal death metal and black metal influenced nintendocore with a buddy of mine called Who Stole The Cookie From The Cookie Jar. I do all of the Game Boy work and he does the screaming. We don't have anything recorded yet, and until further notice it looks like he can't do anything music related so it looks like I'll either have to get better at death metal screams or put this project aside. Shame though, we have a whole album's worth of material and I think it sounds really great

I've been trying to find some decent samples of female singing, but can't find anything that's usable. I've tried Free Sound but all they have are a bunch of "HEY LOOK AT THIS COOL BEAT I MADE IN FROOTY LOOPS" loops and samples of bitches moaning. =/

Started and finished mine in about 4 or 5 hours on Saturday.
I was panicking a tad bit because I hadn't started anything.
But I'm happy with how it came out. I could've expanded on it and made it longer if I had time but oh well.
