Wasn't it just 50 last week? How'd that happen?
Was DK counted this week but not last week or something?

*The reason for this rise was due to a failed upload that was re-submitted. Weekly stats have also been updated due to this.

I'm attempting to learn Max/MSP a bit more with this week, creating a 4 part piece using a random-generation polyphonic synth. I would like to make it serial with random reorderings of stuff, but I don't think I have the know-how yet, to pull that off. We will see what tomorrow brings amongst doing research proposals and critical annotations and stuff. :\

Can't wait to hear your Max work VinnyG

Mine is pretty much done. Not exactly aleatoric as it is just completely random. I wrote a pd interface for Ableton, set random to full and clicked the victory button.

Man, that's some gnarly programming. I'm inspired by PD again.

I've decided to conform and participate in this aleatoric theme... and by aleatoric I mean whatever kind of random comes to mind at the time. I mainly just want to use PD again, so I shall.

The average length of each track is 3 minutes 34 seconds. This is the same as last week's average length of 3 minutes 34 seconds.

Is it? Is it really?

I imagine it depends how much access people have. Every database can be manually altered, so I can't see it being a case of 'it can't be done' but more 'we don't have access to do it'. Trash80 will definitely be able to do it, but unfortunately he's not even real.
