You're Enough

By fetalface on February 13, 2022 10:54 pm

Sunday last minute submission because there's always time for a little music pardon for low quality but if you're enough then I'm enough too so we're all good gonna go dig in some dirt now for reals HUGS

Smoooth.

That works well, it's good to hear simple guitar and singing tracks in weekly beats (not mentioning the vocal harmonies and also beats added there). I enjoyed this one!

Beautiful simplicity. Folksy and uplifting.

Just the motivation one would need.

Awesome, very cool song and very motivational.  Great vocal performance too, especially the harmonies.

This song goes out to... everyone smile

Thanks y'guys you all are so much more than enuf heart

wow, you have so much emotional purity in your work.  great chord changes.  is this drop d or some other tuning?  i really like it.

also, i really needed to hear this: thank you. heart

This is great, I could not help but consider the effect of quality / fidelity / construction as I was listening to this: you mention low quality in the write-up, but this comes across as "you need to hear this ASAP" which adds a level of honesty and intimacy that may be unattainable without it. Spectacular song heart

Orangedrink, that's one of the things I love about your weekly beats too!
Thanks so much for asking about the tuning, I tend to forget to write down the weird open tunings I use and was about to make that same mistake again! This one is a fairly flat DDCDGD. Yay we did it!

Shucks, thanks i! Though the first goal that came to mind when embarking on WB2022 was "increase production quality" so....... Well plenty of weeks left i hope.
If you like the songs with words, check out our pal elmegbert on here & bandcamp, their songwriting and lyrics are quite exquisite with a unique voice and awesome arranging to boot. pineapple_dan too is cranking out some lovely motivational tunes. Cheers!

Thank you so much for your recommendations, holy shit -- finally had the time to check everything out, and if you wanna recommend anything else I may have been sleeping on, would be most welcome.

I like the slack sound of the guitar tuning.  The percussion later works a treat and there's an honesty to the vocals.

relistening, this is still amazing
