Hey all,
My name is Evan, and I have been a classical composer for about 10 years. Got my degree in composition. I became disabled about a year ago, and am bedbound for about 23 hours a day. I decided to get into electronic music earlier this year when I finally became able to handle sounds / music again. I may not get something in each week because of my health, but this will be a fun reason to get me off my phone sometimes!
This track is called Outie, and I sampled Ms. Casey speaking in therapy in the show Severance.
I had to use a really uncomfortable combo for me to write this, so it is not as in depth or mixed as well as I would like. I super glued my M8 and fucking broke it, so the replacement is still a week out. This was arranged with Logic, and everything else was through the Ableton Move / HX Stomp for FX.
Thanks for listening, and hopefully you find part of it cool. I might reuse the opening bit at some point. The chords are cool.
