(9pm)

its 9pm, you decide to have a shower. for reasons you don't fully understand, you feel a weird melancholy. sadness washes over you, and you cling to the warmth of the water, not wanting to leave it. but sadly, the hot water eventually begins to turn cold, and you must move on with your evening... sad

this interpolates a melody from my 2023 track ‘No Sky’. it’s probably my fav piece of music i’ve ever made, so i wanted to revisit it and take it in a different direction. if you listen to it, lemme know what you think in the comments

Ugh this is so good. This captures that feeling of sadness and nostalgia so perfectly. That piano is amazing, too. heart

Beeeeeeeautiful. I love this so much. It sounds like Maplestory music from the town Ellinia or something, and that is saying something, because that game has some of the best music ever.

Amazing dreamy atmosphere! Love it smile heart

Oh man, this i lovely.  Such great layers.  The harmonic progressions through out work sooooo well.  Just an absolute vibe.

Thanks for a peaceful moment! It definitely sounds nostalgic, but I would say it also doesn't sound sad. Kinda cozy, also hopeful.

thank you all for listening and for the kind words!!

Amazing work. Love the dreamy atmosphere and the beautiful melody.

Feeling the melancholy but also feeling the comforting hope of the uplifting chord progression and piano melody.  Love those warm pads that come in around 1:26 like a blanket.

this is so sad, but the water is so nice
perfect song for under a warm blanky
- Ebrit

This is gorgeous.

Amazing composition and sounds, as always heart I'd say that compared to no sky this is more personal and intimate, like an intro to what no sky has to say, I really enjoyed both, thank you heart

as described. and didn't want to end.
'no sky' also fantastic. had a bit of an out-of-body experience listening in phones

Oh wow. This is a amazing vibe. Love love love this.

I know it's melancholy, but also feels cozy and comforting to me smile

I sometimes want to give these sine polished sounds a go, but always end up in DNB and harsh reesy bass smile They are so nice and round, the piano is harsh in comparison.
