Tiptoe Through the Tulips (The Tale of Doris and Moose) (Paisley Frog Drum Challenge)

Sorry you all, I am not at a great place to put time to compose those last weeks, so I just take cool tracks from here and ask for permission to just play over it!

This time the "winner" was PaisleyFrog.

I had a lot of fun recording loud drums over his second part of the song.

This weekend, I did fly to Calgary for the Judo Canadian Open championships with the kiddo... Still crossing my fingers as I write that (early upload) that he will make his weight, but I am confident.

I'll come back to edit the submission next Sunday with some cool Rockies Mountains picture if I have the time. smile

Did use Logic to edit drums (Paisley Frog Project was under Logic, and I have a license so why not), but I am not great with it... It did cause me a couple headheaches... When you don't know well a tool, it is not easy! was finally able to set it up fine, but had some issues with the time strech, I do have a couple of "phasy" audio that I just let in finally it adds just more weirdness so why not!

Nice "collab" or at least a nice complement to an existing track.  The drums in the second half do indeed sound epic and huge and fitting for the music.

Love what you did with this! I really wanted more cymbal work at the end, but didn't have the time or tech to really get that across. I am also Not A Drummer smile

Might need to bug you in the future for some Spaceship work...live drums add so much energy heart

oh wow loving the epic drums that you added to it \m/ the cymbals with those big snare hits especially rock!

awww yeah droms sounding tasty   \m/

The drums are an epic addition. Congrats on the kiddo for medalling!

I just heard the Tiny Tim song again the other day so this comes in nice. Love the twist you did with the vox and drum end so cool. What drums did you use or is that live? Great work

Anytime, hit me up! I'll try to record some stuff if I can find the time to do so.

You did give me a great track to work with. Again sorry I couldn't put enough time to get the "perfect" combinaison of takes, but this will do for this weekly beat! It was fun to play over.
