A Bertrude track for you guys this week. (Was pretty sick all week long, started something this Saturday Evening but it is 10 PM and I don't feel like finishing it neither releasing it half baked as it is now...) So here is a track that is unreleased from the band I play drums in.

Rock, blues, dirt, if you can play it loud!!! smile

Self produced, recorded in our rehearsal room, drums from myself, Guitars from Niko, Bass by Hans, vocals by Mitch...

Tentative engineering and tentative mixing by me as well.

I think it is at a point where no re-tracking will be done, maybe some mix tweaks.

Nice! It's pretty cool to hear a Bertrude track. This is a rockin' tune with a lot of swagger. Throughly enjoyable listen, I'll be favoriting it. Great job on the drumming and production.

Understatement of the week wink.

This track rocks! You guys gel together wonderfully. Great job!

you guys really rock beautifully.

Now that's some good ol' rock and roll.  I agree the swagger is great.

Good rock - I love the life in this track! I like the guitar tone, full of grease and rock. The bass is well locked with the drums - that's always a good sign! Moments like 1:53 show a band that has good experience and is really playing together!

And the singer is really good. Do you guys have live videos? I am sure that must be a super cool band to check live at a club!

Ca fait du bien un bon morceau rock!

Rocking
Great change to the general tunes you hear on wb

A very dirty dirty bluesy sound!  I get some Black Sabbath vibe in there. Hope you feeling better soon. This rocks!

Tight performance, and nice work on the drums.

Very happy you liked it! Sadly we do not see each other a lot since start of the pandemic, but we keep in touch and will at some point release (for everybody on digital platforms) some tracks.

My pleasure to add some rock in here.

Thanks a lot! loads of overdrive on relatively low wattage cleanish tube amp (15 W) makes some dirty bluesy sounds. smile

Thanks a lot Devieus. This is not a great sounding drum recording but it suits the track well.

See you next week.
