Chin Chin, Pip Pip.

As the quarter comes to a close, it's time for another wild divergence from the usual. This case, it's adding some of the stuff we've been doing this year to a song someone else already did. We did it before (Power Waiting Room), but this one is special, because it's a song from 2012 by this wonderful artist who goes by Moxie, who only did that year and then never returned.
You can find the original here. Give it a listen. Give all his songs a listen, they're really good (though the site is bugged so you can't check his profile for it).
I reckon most people will have missed this era and all the good music in it, so it's only fair to give this one another shot.
We're considering doing this again every week for 2026, where we take a song we really like from a year gone by that too few people have heard, and give them another shot as well. Maybe not every week, but definitely more often. It's quite meta, though there's so, so much music on this site. Most people just make, but it's okay to take your time to listen to some of it too, you never know what you're going to get.

Oh man, this feels cinematic!!!! This is indeed quite the departure from the other stuff you've posted! Such a cool direction here, too. Really enjoying how emotional it all feels. It's what we'd see at the end of the film when the main character is graduating and having a bunch of amazing celebrations with family and friends and starting a whole new chapter in life.

This is gorgeous! Love the blending of styles!

Wow, wonderfully surprised by this! The orchestral sounds in the background makes it sound really big.

You're not wrong, supposedly this was initially a movie score that didn't make the cut.

It's hard to improve the flawless performance of Moxie, but damn if it doesn't work.

I take it you didn't read the description. My contribution is just the chiptune and the guitar.

Your skills have grown into this with perfect timing. Epic soundtrack chip metal is not something I had on my bingo card but I'm sure glad to see it!

Really? We've been doing it all year long and I know you've commented before. I can even vaguely remember you mentioning a bingo card.
Maybe you should have an actual bingo card on hand and write it down. Easiest bingo at this point, and beyond that, it could help with taking notes on the listening journey. It is quite long. Bring an umbrella, you never know.

Wow, very cool! Nice work smile

Yeah, some epicness there for sure!

Very nice.

I am absolutely captivated by this - like, I'm at work and can't concentrate because I'm hanging on the next note. The composition and arrangement are just...wow

Thank you, and I agree. He did his best making it better as best he could.

I'm just so glad we got to give this song the second round of attention it deserves. My reach is not great, but it is present in this community I'm sure.

I'm pretty sure his music is on Bandcamp and stuff. This is just the version that's on the site, which is licensed under BY-NC-SA, so we ran with that.

Also, thank you. Glad it came out alright.
