Power Spring

By Devieus on March 22, 2024 11:18 pm

It's spring now
That's it, that's the bit
Happy Spring to everyone on the northern hemisphere
To everyone else, happy Fall

I came up with the basic guitar stuff last time I was around, and like last time, no one picked it up, so now I'm doing it
I got another thing lined up, I'll pick it up next time I'm around, because I doubt anyone will yet again

Also, next week is 13, the end of the first quarter, maybe time for something a little more special

Love the use of the guitar with the chips. Really fun energy

Ahh the bass line adds such great tension, and I love the swirly bird fx towards the end, fantastic.

The fast chiptune arp against the slow drums = a powerful build. The guitars and the chips agree in terms of timing here, too, so there's no distractions. Good job!

As others have said that chip arp with the guitar progression really builds. Spring is in the air! Except it snowed again at my house today

If I would send the whole track through some effects, it would become a my bloody valentine song.

nice arp and drums, love this groove

That's been our jam this year, we love it just as much

I couldn't quite get the guitar to sound how I needed it to, so the bass is pulling the weight
And we do like to deploy tactical birb a lot, people really liked it few years ago so they're a fixture

Agree on both counts, we can take a lot from this

Oooh, free snow, we don't get that anymore here ever since the climate changed

We'll have to see about putting more arps in, we've been slacking on them

That sounds about right, except they have an actual bassist, and no chips, other than that, pretty accurate
They're free to cover me, all I ask is royalties

Tasty bits, I'm rocking with you. Happy spring, I can see the shoots powering out of the ground to this song.

the birds are singing, they like the guitars (and so do i)

Life everywhere rejoices to these sweet tunes

feels like the boss battle was just won and the sun shines down on a promising season ahead.

The darkness is vanquished at last! It really does feel glorious.
