A song in 3.5/4, something we always like to have on hand, and a ukulele, something we also always like to have on hand. It'll be a meter that'll juke you out a bit if left ungrounded.
This week was rather busy, so not much time for music, just basic structure and progressions, straightforward drums and keys, and simple but effective guitar.

3.5/4 so 7/8, a fav of mine. And here the ebb and flow of that time sig is perfect. Really pleasant! Those guitars keep sounding better and better, too.

That's how people would write it down, but I feel 3.5/4 is distinctly different in that it keeps the /4 part intact, basically putting emphases on the quarter notes.
And we keep on practicing with guitar, it's nice to know we're improving.

3.5/4 is a new one for me but I can hear the quarter note focus that you mention. I count 1, 2, 3 and, 1, 2, 3 and ... it works really well. Great sound choices too. Nice work.
