Extension Killer

Not much time for music this week, but here's a One Minute Acid Jam™ recorded live straight to stereo.

The Alesis is still broken, but I dug out an old Line6 PodXT from the basement instead. To my joy I discovered that it has a nearly complete MIDI cc implementation, so there's plenty of sequencer action on the chorus and reverb parameters, adding a pair of angular 1950's sci fi 3D glasses to the acid line.

Had fun with this one! It could probably go on for a couple more minutes, but this is all I managed. Soz m8.

Delightful. Acid lines for all their simplicity create such a full, dynamic space of sound with the sequencing and modulation... I mean I love the sound but I kinda nerd out on it too, especially examples like this!

your acid has so much attitude. understated break snare is :chefs-kiss: too. I was going to say I'm going to be studying your Quadraverb tricks, but it turns out you're just an fx MIDI whiz in general. the length felt perfect, tbh, I didn't realize how nice a little Acid Snack™ could be.

This is great. Love the way the acid line bounces off the syncopated beat.

heart Keep bringing the acid
This one is great

Thanks so much! Very kind and cool feedback. Acid Snack, hahaha, nicely coined concept.
